All orders are packaged and processed within 24 hours and then sent on their way to you! For US-based orders, you can expect to receive yours in 5-10 days. However, deliveries to the rest of the world can take anywhere from 7-15 days. You’ll receive a more in-depth breakdown in the shipping confirmation email.
Absolutely, you’ll be able to know the whereabouts of your product from the very second it leaves our warehouse. Please note that the tracking code will only become effective after it has been processed and sent out. This tracking number will be sent to you in the shipping confirmation email so please double check your inbox if you can’t find it!
To ensure you receive your package safely only order to secure locations such as your home. Also, make sure to double-check your address before you order. Then make sure that you check with your neighbours who may have received your package. If you still can’t find it you may find that it has been returned to the post office in which case you should contact the courier directly and arrange for it to be re-delivered.
This depends on where you’re based, we use a selection of different companies to ensure that you get your order as soon as possible. This is a mixture of national and international couriers.

We offer a selection of different products, with the majority being constructed from Stainless Steel and high quality composite materials to ensure they not only fit well, but sit lightly. Our lenses are tinted to suit different styles (some reflective; mirror finish).
Since our sunglasses are made from a variety of composite materials and a selection created from stainless steel, this provides rigidity, prevents scratches and stops fading. Our sunglasses will not cause rashes or skin irritation.
At Lumoir 95% of our customers use the “standard” sizing that we offer to all sunglasses. As a general, nearly all of our sunglasses fit various face shapes
Think of how good they look in the pictures, then times that by 1000. Each pair has significant weight to it, giving you that perfect supportive feel; not to mention they have an exceptional general fit - not too loose and not too tight, but just tailored right.
If properly taken care of, your Lumoir sunglasses will last for 3+ years, however, if you are frequently subjecting the pieces to water, chemicals (cologne, shampoo, etc) you can expect this to reduce the lifespan a little.
Keeping them clear of harmful chemicals such as shampoo, dishwashing soap and any powerful cleaning products will prevent oxidation to the metal. This will also preserve the colour and clarity of your frames/lenses.
We pride ourselves on ensuring you have a seamless experience at Lumoir, which means we operate a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order we’ll arrange for a return and a full refund or an exchange for a similar priced product.
We’re extremely sorry to hear this, send our support team (Jay@LumoirLondon.com) a message and we’ll arrange for a brand new replacement to be sent or a full refund. In some instances, you’ll be asked to provide photo evidence to support your claim.

A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo

The Lumoir London Guarantee is what sets us apart from the rest. It entitles you to a completely free one-time replacement of your pieces if you experience any defects in craftsmanship. Simply contact our support and they’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent straight out!
Depending on your bank account, refund requests can sometimes take up to 10 days to process and reach your account so please be patient. If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 days, shoot us a message at Jay@lumoirlondon.com and we’ll sort it out for you.
You will not be eligible for a partial refund if a promotion goes live after you ordered. Make sure to keep an eye out for emails and our social media for the latest promotions and new products.
You met your credit limit
Maxing out your credit card, or reaching your card’s credit limit, is a surefire way to have your card denied.
If you use your credit card to make a purchase while traveling– simply attempting the transaction in a different city could cause an issue with your bank.
Logging a lot of credit card activity in different locations (both domestic and internationally) raises a red flag to credit card issuers that your card may be stolen. As a result, your issuer may lock your accounts and prevent any purchases from going through in order to protect your information.
To avoid losing access to funds while traveling, notify your bank and credit card issuers of your travel plans in advance.
If you splurge on a spending spree or save up and make one big purchase, your credit card issuer may flag your account. Similar to travel, any card activity that’s outside of your ordinary spending habits may trigger fraud protection and lead to your issuer freezing your account, causing a card decline.
Again, notifying your credit card issuer of your spending changes helps to fend off account locks.
Incorrect payment information
When attempting to make your purchase, especially online or via mobile app, it’s easy to enter a digit of your credit card number, expiration date or security code incorrectly. Or perhaps your billing address is outdated. These could all be simple explanations for a declined transaction. Double check your card information to ensure it’s correct. In that case, you may need to contact your issuer to clear up any misunderstanding.
After you miss a payment for the first time, you should contact your issuer and settle the missed payment as quickly as possible. But if you have a history of missed payments, you may find your card getting declined at the register, even if you’re just a few days past your due date.
An expired or deactivated credit card
Trying to use an expired card or a deactivated account will nearly always result in having your transaction declined.
There’s a hold on your card
Large purchases can also become a problem when a hold is placed on your credit card. Rental car companies and hotels may put a hold on your credit card that isn’t lifted until a few days after check out, or you return the vehicle.
